The General Data Protection Regulation has been in force since 25 May 2018 and establishes the rules for processing Personal Data within the European Community and governing the export of Personal Data outside EU borders. The EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) applies not only to citizens of the European Union but also to entities that reside outside member countries.

So we ask the User to regularly access this section to verify the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy for the Site.

The Data Controller does not communicate User data to third parties so that they can use them for their own marketing or profiling purposes.
